We went up north last weekend for the "End of Winter Bash" in North Conway, New Hampshire with the New England chapters of the Goldwing Road Rider's Association. We were the champion in the Wii bowling tournament. We had a great time and even though spring is here there is still plenty of snow piled in the parking lots. Summer is on its way!!

Mount Washington....all 6,200 feet of it. Not tall compared to Colorado but the highest land wind speed was record in 1934 at 231 mph. It is known to have the worst weather in the world...even Mount Everest.

Lots of granite here. Cathedral ledge.

Not surprised that Marty can't pass up a critter.....live or otherwise!!

Here she is partnering up with "Marvin the Moose"!

How many covered bridges can one state have???!?!?

Here we are at the beginning Lake Winnipesaukee on our way home. Can you say fast three times? It was a nice change for a weekend.
